unable to make changes on my web pages

Hello everyone, I'm just new here. I can't make any changes on my webpages. Please I need help here.

Thanks a lot. I have done that, what I see is that it takes me to enter your password. After that it goes to where I started from. That is what happens over the time.

Will the login page come up even when you enter the correct password?
If so, you must need to activate cookies in your web browser.
