Why dont i get the email????

When im going to verify my email and press send, i never get it! I try to send it to my every hotmail account and it never arrives. I can press the send button how many times i want and waited days and hours, nothing came!! What should i do?? I hate when this happens! D: I checked everything right, but still nothing..... I do this every day to try send the email, godness help me!
