Picture on the web page.

Dear sirs:

Hi! We are working in the the design of the web page. We wish to know how to change the picture on the top of it (the road on the countryside), if it is possible.

Also, we wish to know how and what to do in order to help to answer others questions in Spanish. That is what we do, every day. But we will need the correct information for that.
