When a person who is not logged in goes to my website it says that this websit has not been opened yet. How do you fix it? My websitie is www.boffintech.n.nu

Go to  the settings page, deactivate the checkbox "Under construction", and it will hopefully work.

Are you sure you pressed the button "Save" when you unchecked the box?
