Going Live

How long does it take for my free website to go live over the internet ?  I would like submit my website to some search engines.  I tried last night but a lot of the search didn't accept my url,i'm wondering if my website is published or not.

I can only get my website on my computer. I can't get it on any other computer,why is that. I have 2 other computers in my house and my website will show up on them.  If i can't get it on the other computers how is it gonna show up on google or any other search engines. I can't even advertise my website no one will see it,i got a website i can't use.  What do i do now?  My is not live across the internet.

It works well for me. I think that you perhaps made a typo when you tried to reach it.
