All my editing work is GONE

Hello i was editing my web site and uploading pictures with explanations near it.all of sudden the pictures and my words did not appear anymore on IT.?
Where the Hell is my work gone?
PLEASE HELP ME I WILL REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!!
